5 Ways to Stay Motivated During the Winter Months
The end of the year is really a kick start to how you will feel and how productive you will be at the start of the New Year. Here are some tips on how I stay focused, on-task, and motivated during the Winter months!
- Goal Setting– Every day write down a few goals that you want to accomplish that day and cross them off as you finish them. It is so rewarding crossing them off and makes you feel so accomplished.
- Stay Organized– Get a calendar where you can time block everything you need to do in a day so you don’t get side tracked. I color code everything to make sure I am getting enough of everything in during a day.
- Working Out– This always makes me feel so great and energized and I get so much more done after I workout.
- Read Magazines/ Cookbooks , Listen to Podcasts, and Watch Youtube Videos– Theses can teach you everyday life tips and inspiration in all aspects of your life.
- Make time for Family and Friends– You can lose sight of everyday things and this keeps you grounded and takes you back to reality.
- For a bonus: Especially for me…drinking coffee helps me get that extra boost of energy I need!
A Fitbit for me would definitely help keep me on track and motivated. Especially when it comes to getting your steps in for the day and the competitions you can set up with friends and family! Yoga is such a stress reliever for me and I love how motivating it is. It helps keep me grounded, centered, and much calmer. This diffuser I keep in my office and it helps me clear my mind and get so much more done. What tips do you have on staying motivated?
