Liv’s Beauty Bash

First, I want to start off thanking everyone who came to my fashion and makeup blog kick-off party. I had such great time seeing so many faces I haven’t seen in awhile and seeing those getting pampered. I swear there is nothing better than to treat yourself to a facial, manicure, new makeup, or getting your hair done. (Which I love getting done on a monthly basis!) However, my blog would never be successful without all the love and support I’ve gotten- love you all so much! In case you couldn’t make it; here are so pictures from the night!!

The look for my beauty bash:

Selfie Station:

This was a huge hit at my party. The girls were able to try on their favorite Merle Norman Lipstick and then “kiss” a card to post on the poster board. Then, they got their picture and posted it on social media to kick-off Merle Norman’s New Spring Color Collection! This selfie station would be a huge hit either at a graduation party, or wedding! I designed this to coordinate with the Spring Color Collection, but you can add whatever decor to the poster you want!

Candy Bar:

I wanted this Candy Bar to be sweet and simple since there were so many other things the girls were occupied with, but it was a great finishing touch. We made homemade chocolate candy lips accompanied with Jelly Beans, Starbursts, Sweet Tarts, and M&M’S. (ALL my favorite candy so as you can guess I spent most of my time here… )

Goodie Bags:

Since this was a private party, I wanted to make sure my guests got something special and personal for coming to help me celebrate! Just for coming they received my favorite mascara- Fat Lash from Merle Norman, 4 lipgloss samples, a free tote bag, and a discount off a spray tan for prom! I love getting spray tans because I want maintain my skin’s healthy-glow. The owner of this spray tan company is amazing! Her tans are the best I’ve ever gotten! Why? Because she custom blends all her formulas to make the perfect tan! I was wearing her tans in my pictures from the party..

Giveaways:

At the party, we did contests so the guests could win prizes! Our first contest was simply a drawing for a $100 mascara and eyeliner kit. Another, was the “best kiss” contest. After trying on the lipgloss or lipstick they liked they kissed the card and then whoever had the best kiss won!
