Stress Relief
It’s so important to keep our minds and body healthy. When we experience stress, a lot of the time we gravitate towards activities that drain us more. Those around us can gravitate to our stressful techniques and activities.
What works for me..
I have tried many different techniques to help handle my stress and anxiety better but these have proven to help me in my everyday life. Being in Real Estate can be a very stressful job most of the time, so finding that healthy balance can be hard. I have found a deep love for Yoga and love being able to clear my mind of all of life’s curiosity. Yoga has allowed me to completely disconnect from life for an hour which never happens in my profession. Yoga is the best escape for me.
My personal favorite is using essential oils. My favorites are from Bath and Body and The Body Shop. I will link my favorites below. I use a pillow mist on my pillow every night and it helps clear my mind and I sleep so well! There are also roll on oils (in perfume looking bottles) that you rub on your pressure points throughout the day. This is beneficial if you don’t have time to stop what you’re doing to go to Yoga.
